This role plays a key part in maintaining project organisation, communication, and execution support across time zones and teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.**RESPONSBILITIES*** **Project Planning and Execution:**Assist with creating project plans and schedules, track progress, and manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects* **Stakeholder Coordination:**Act as a liaison between the project manager, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams* **Documentation & Reporting:**Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and files; prepare presentations and reports; assist with progress updates and budget summaries; support data organisation across SharePoint and internal systems.* **Budget and Cost Control:**Assist in managing project budgets, budget reconciliation, tracking costs, and identifying financial issues* **Communication Liaison:** Liaise between the LA office and the London-based Global Operations team; help streamline communication and ensure follow-ups are tracked.
