An iconic venue in Greater London is seeking a Membership Executive to manage member relations and event coordination. You will oversee the membership CRM, ensure accurate communication with members, and support the delivery of engaging member events. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and has a passion for arts and culture. Prior experience in membership or event management is essential, along with excellent communication abilities. This role may require occasional evening and weekend work to facilitate events.

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Working week: This is a full-time position for 5 days per week, based at KOKO in Camden. The role includes both office-based work and on-site event support. Hours of work will be flexible depending on the events schedule, with some evening and weekend work required in line with business needs.
The Membership Executive plays a key role in supporting both the administrative and experiential aspects of The House of KOKO’s Membership team. This full-time position bridges member relations, event coordination, and departmental administration, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience from application to renewal - and throughout their journey with us.
Working collaboratively across departments, the Membership Executive will manage CRM data, streamline processes and provide hands-on support for the delivery of our members’ events programme. The ideal candidate combines operational efficiency with a personable, proactive approach to community engagement and service.
Working closely with the Membership team and Operations, you will help facilitate the successful running of our members’ events, including the preparation of function sheets, logistics coordination, supplier liaison, and on-the-day event support from setup through to execution and post-event administrational tasks.
