A global insurance services company is seeking a full-time Broker to support a portfolio of large, complex clients in the North American Casualty team. You will work on business planning, client retention, and new business opportunities, delivering tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has relevant experience in the insurance industry. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.
Summary: The successful candidate will work across North American Casualty (Re)Insurance lines and will support an existing team that handles an existing portfolio of material sized placements. We are currently seeking a full-time Broker to help continue build out of our offering within Direct and Facultative.
We expect the candidate to be involved in business planning and will look to work with the existing team to help continue shaping an overall Global Strategy for group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that has made impressive strides in a short period of time and has an exciting runway + significant headroom with considerable opportunities to grow and develop.
The remit is broad and will span across both Insurance and Reinsurance Lines of Business covering Large and Complex single risk, Facilities and Reinsurance (Proportional, and Non-Proportional).
The Role: In this role you will support a portfolio of large, complex clients working as part of our North American Casualty team. You’ll be supporting new business opportunities and collaborate with senior colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
