A prominent IT solutions company in Cheltenham seeks a Service Delivery Manager to enhance customer experience through efficient business processes. The role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in service delivery or customer service, and be a British national residing in the UK for at least 10 years. Service Delivery Manager
Location: Cheltenham/Gloucester - on site 5 days per week
Due to security clearance requirements candidates must be eligible for or currently hold SC or DV. Candidates must be sole UK national/British citizen and resided in the UK for 10 years and over.
