Service Delivery Manager

Location: Cheltenham/Gloucester - on site 5 days per week

Due to security clearance requirements candidates must be eligible for or currently hold SC or DV. Candidates must be sole UK national/British citizen and resided in the UK for 10 years and over.

The successful candidate will work within multiple teams and will be enthusiastic and reliable with a positive attitude. Your role will include managing business processes and aiming to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing and maintaining excellent services.

Role responsibilities
  • Finding innovative ways to develop strategies whilst following the standard procedures
  • Working in an Agile manner
  • Reviewing all aspects of incident, problem, and change management
  • Managing risks and resources
  • Overseeing and implementing improvements to the ITSM framework and delivery platform

  • An ability to use your own initiative whilst taking responsibility

  • Good communication skills, being able to impart your own knowledge and listen to others
  • Agility and an ability to adapt to changing situations
Desirable Skills and Technologies
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of higher education and experience
  • Experience working with company products and operating systems
  • Knowledge and/or experience of Agile and Scrum Methodologies
  • Entry-level certification(s) in work field (eg. ITIL)
  • Some previous relevant experience (service delivery, customer service, people management).
