Sales Administrator
Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator located in Salford. The role supports customer services during a growth period. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, arranging delivery, handling payments, and producing invoices. Candidates should have prior sales administration experience, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a temporary position starting in January for a duration of 4 months, with a possibility of extension or permanence.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales administration to support customer services.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and send acknowledgements.
- Arrange delivery and produce documentation.
- Handle card payments.
- Answer calls and respond to emails.
- Produce compliant commercial invoices.
Skills
Location: Salford. Start: January. Duration: 4 months (possibly longer, with a possibility of permanent).
We seek an experienced Sales Administrator to support customer services during a period of growth. Duties include:

Requirements:
