This role offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of high‑quality residential and commercial projects within a collaborative, design‑focused studio environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and full construction packages.
  • Assist in design development, ensuring practicality, buildability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with project teams to deliver projects on schedule and to a high standard.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
  • Carry out site surveys and attend site inspections as required.
  • Keep current with building regulations, industry standards, and emerging best practices.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in an Architectural Technician role.
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
