Job summary
A North Manchester Estate Agency is seeking an experienced Sales/Lettings Administrator. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of property experience, be ARLA qualified or willing to obtain the qualification, and possess excellent customer service and organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, processing tenancy applications, and providing high-quality service. This full-time, permanent role offers a negotiable salary and benefits including 28 days of holidays and a contributory pension plan.

We require an experienced Sales/Lettings Administrator for our residential & commercial properties with an immediate start.
The candidate must be able and willing to carry out other duties relating to the day to day running of the Estate and Lettings agency business.
- Manage lettings negotiation and sales/lettings valuation enquiries
- Handle all viewing enquiries for both sales and letting including booking viewings
- Process all tenancy applications to include referencing and document verification
- Collect holding fees ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Ensure correct deposits are being managed in line with deposit regulations
- Arrears management
- Deal with any queries from landlords or tenants
- Create tenancy agreements, addendums where required and renewals
- Coordinate property maintenance, liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Input invoices onto the CRM system utilizing the accounting system
- Manage check-ins and check-outs booking reports with the inventory/check out inspector
- Provide high quality customer service
- Must be computer literate with the ability to compose emails/letters to a high standard
- Good organisational skills
- Preferably ARLA (property mark) qualified or willing to work towards qualification
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to resolve day to day issues
- Minimum of 2 years property experience
