JOB TITLE: Maintenance Manager

DEPARTMENT: Engineering

REPORTING TO: Chief Technical Officer

HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

CONTRACT: Permanent

Job Purpose

The job holder will primarily be responsible for supervising an engineering team achieving prescribed Key Performance Indicators in relation to Programme, Quality, Safety, Environment and Budget, and supporting the Chief Technical Officer with logistical, technical and commercial management of the facility to meet overall business objectives.

Main Duties

• Deliver senior management and supervision of a team of 20 personnel.
• Support the Chief Technical Officer with logistical, technical and commercial management of the facility and meet the overall business objectives.
• Support the team in terms of operations and professional development.
• Assist where required with the delivery of minor projects to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Act as senior point of contact for facilities management at BIA, communicating between airport departments, business partners, consultants, and contractors, and maintaining accurate record keeping and planning.
