A well-established airport management company in Belfast is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise a team of 20 personnel and oversee BIA's infrastructure. This role involves supporting the Chief Technical Officer on logistical and commercial management while achieving key performance indicators in quality, safety, and budget. REPORTING TO: Chief Technical Officer
HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
CONTRACT: Permanent
This is an exciting opportunity for a person wishing to join an established and challenging business. As Maintenance Manager the successful candidate will be part of a high performing team overseeing and maintaining BIA’s significant infrastructure within a live airport operational environment.
BIA is part of the VINCI group of companies, offering exposure to an international network of professionals and businesses.
The job holder will primarily be responsible for supervising an engineering team achieving prescribed Key Performance Indicators in relation to Programme, Quality, Safety, Environment and Budget, and supporting the Chief Technical Officer with logistical, technical and commercial management of the facility to meet overall business objectives.
