Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £29,245 - £30,275 per annum
Working Hour: Expected 40 hours per week (varied 8/10/12-hour shifts including weekends and bank holidays)
Hourly Rate: £14.06 - £14.56
Number of Sleeps Required: Varies by rota, but typically, 4 to 6 per month
Pay Per Sleep: £45

Service Users: YPs – EBD, Trauma, Complex Needs
Qualifications Required: Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year
- Number of Beds: 2-bed
- Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
- Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Complex Needs
- Ratio of staff to children: 1:1 and / 2:1 depending on YPs in home
We are looking for resilient, empathetic and motivated Senior Residential Support Workers to join our client’s team in Bicester. You must have strong communication skills, the ability to lead by example, and the emotional intelligence to support young people who have experienced significant trauma. You will lead shifts, support other team members, and ensure excellent safeguarding and care planning are maintained throughout.
You will be working for a well-established organisation that supports over 150 children across 50+ children’s homes and 2 semi-independent homes across 9 counties. The provider is part of a national charity group, giving you the support and opportunities that come with a reputable not-for-profit organisation focused on impact and values.
