Support Worker – Making Space Charity

Location: Ashwood Court Supportive Pathway, Lowton, WA3 2RB.

Salary: £12.60 per hour.

Hours: 25 hours weekly (includes both day and night shifts as per rota).

Your role will involve providing exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care.
  • Administering medication.
  • Assisting with domestic tasks.
  • Creating an environment of warmth and care that makes service users feel seen and valued.
  • Adjusting your approach to each individual's unique needs.
  • Facing challenges with determination and courage.

No prior industry experience or any specific qualifications are required. On joining, you will receive on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications.
