An inhouse computer based role, supporting the shop with our e-Commerce side of our fundraising.

Detailed Description

As a Computer Support Volunteer in our Sue Ryder charity shop, you will help us to complete our computer-based tasks which help us to raise funds, this role is fully based within the shop.

• Support the shop team to list our books onto our Ziffit online platform, then packing for collection • Sorting, photographing, researching and writing descriptions for out items to be sold on eBay • Packing items for dispatch or collection

You will also be one of the store’s friendly faces who will help us to provide the best customer experience whilst playing an important role in raising funds online

Time Commitment

For this role we can be fully flexible to you, we anticipate this role may take up to 2-3 hours a week to fulfil. This role is based within the shop so is limited to Mon-Sat between 9am-5pm.
