OLPA is a Wiltshire-based charity providing housing and support options for people with learning disabilities and/or mental illnesses. We have a 3-bed specialist service in DEVIZES for people with a learning disability who have developed dementia. We are looking for Waking Night Support Worker – Full or Part Time.
The Waking Night Support Worker Role
You will be a key member of the team providing high standards of person-centred care to the people we support, interacting and communicating in a way that promotes dignity and respect at all times. No experience is necessary as OLPA will offer their Waking Support Worker training and induction, including Care Certificate, mandatory training and ongoing development.
You will need to be flexible and able to work shifts including some weekends, bank holidays within a 24/7 rota. As our Waking Support Worker, you will need to be flexible and able to work evenings/nights within a 24/7 rota.
