A leading water utility company is seeking a Junior Software Engineer in Belfast. This hybrid role offers the chance to work across the full tech stack, involving modern technologies like React, Node.js, and cloud services. Location: Hybrid Belfast Salary: £25,000-£32,000 + Equity
My client, who are scaling a modern, cloud-first digital platform, are looking for a Junior Product Engineer who wants to learn fast, work with a modern tech stack, and actually ship features that people use.
This is the perfect launchpad role: you'll work across the full stack, get exposure to real architecture decisions, and grow quickly in a team that genuinely invests in developing early-career engineers.

What you'll be doing
Building features across web and mobile apps
Working with APIs, databases, and cloud tooling
Pairing with experienced engineers and taking part in real product decisions
Contributing to testing, quality, and continuous improvement
Helping turn user feedback into product updates
