Job summary
A leading software company in the UK is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to enhance their visual thinking platform. This role involves leading complex technical projects, designing APIs, and ensuring high performance and reliability of the Mural editor. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in software development, specifically in graphics and distributed systems, and strong leadership skills. This position provides a unique opportunity to work on pioneering developer-friendly solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in computer graphics including visual document editors.
- 3+ years of experience in distributed systems and real-time collaboration tools.
- 10+ years building large-scale production software in an agile team.
Responsibilities
- Research and design new capabilities for the Canvas.
- Collaborate and lead projects from design to execution.
- Prototype and maintain team projects as a technical expert.
