Job summary
An independent fostering agency is looking for a Fostering Registered Manager in North East England. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality service is provided to children and young people and manage all staff recruitment and development. A minimum of a Degree in Social Work, Social Work England registration, and experience as a Team Manager in Fostering is required. The position offers competitive pay (up to £60,000), flexible working, and continuous training development.

Your role as Registered Manager is to ensure the organisation provides the highest quality of service to children and young people placed through the Agency and you will manage all recruitment and development of staff.
The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience as a Team Manager/Registered Manager in Fostering. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW). You will also need to be Social Work England Registered. To hold a Level 5 in management or willingness to undertake
