A charitable organization in Inverness is seeking a Waking Nights Advanced Support Worker to support a gentleman with autism spectrum disorder and associated challenges. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 in Social Care and experience in mental health. Emphasis on building positive relationships and providing tailored support. Join Us as an Waking Nights Advanced Support Worker in Inverness! The gentleman struggles with mental health: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Mild‑Moderate Learning Disability, Anxiety, OCD. We need understanding, positive people to help him navigate challenges and live an amazing, happy life. Background supporting people with autism/OCD desirable.

As an Advanced Support Worker you will help him with routines, structure, consistency, ensuring regulation and safety. Highly supportive, trustworthy, build positive relationships important for wellbeing. Physical activities: badminton and walking; share interests preferred.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and forensic background. If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care.
