We need understanding, positive people to help him navigate challenges and live an amazing, happy life. Background supporting people with autism/OCD desirable.
As an Advanced Support Worker you will help him with routines, structure, consistency, ensuring regulation and safety. Highly supportive, trustworthy, build positive relationships important for wellbeing. Physical activities: badminton and walking; share interests preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and forensic background. If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care.
