The Opportunity

We're looking for a Lead Recruiter to own the entire lifecycle of hiring across our UK and Philippines operations. You will be able to pivot from hiring some of the worlds best Software Engineers into our London team, through to hiring for our corporate functions in the UK and Philippines. We are looking for someone to own the hiring strategy for GetGround - this is your change to define what excellence in hiring can look like. In addition you will be:

What You'll Own
  • End-to-end recruitment across UK and Philippines, from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define roles, ideal profiles, and assessment approaches
  • Sourcing creatively across channels and experimenting with AI-powered recruitment tools
  • Delivering a candidate experience that reflects our ambition and values
  • Tracking, analysing, and improving hiring metrics and processes
  • Scaling our talent acquisition strategy as we grow rapidly
