Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of retailer dispute Chargeback Processes.
  • Experience working under fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Review card transaction related disputes.
  • Assist Teams with credit card disputes and Chargebacks.
  • Monitor Section 75 Claims, raising Chargebacks where applicable.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for disputes.

Skills

Knowledge of Chargeback Processes
Experience with Mastercard systems
Ability to work under pressure
Flexibility in working hours
