As SSEN Transmission prepares for Connection Reform and continues to strengthen business excellence, the Process & Improvement PMO is evolving to become the backbone of governance across several internal value streams. A key part of this transformation is improving the operating processes that support our end-to-end value chain — especially in the early, pre‑Gate 0 stage where business needs are assessed and potential solutions are shaped before moving into the project phase.
As Business Analyst, you will play a central role in shaping how our operating processes work in the future, ensuring they are efficient, clearly defined, well governed and supported by the right data and tools. You will support internal governance activities, coordinate multiple sources of project data, and work closely with teams across the business — including IT and digital colleagues — to develop solutions that strengthen both process and system capability.
