A leading specialty chemicals producer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to manage maintenance activities at their Middlesbrough site. The role involves ensuring safety compliance, developing maintenance programmes, and leading a team. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Engineering and strong leadership skills. Maintenance Manager M/F/D
To manage all maintenance activities across the Middlesbrough & Billingham sites and ensure that they are efficiently planned, scheduled and executed safely in line with agreed work plans, safety management systems and best working practices in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and Business Objectives.
Work to continually optimise the performance of plant assets in partnership with the Reliability & Asset Integrity Strategy Manager and Operations and Engineering departments.
