A leading luxury elderly care provider is seeking a General Manager to lead and inspire a team in Congleton. Your role involves delivering excellent person-centred quality care while managing staff recruitment and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates must have a minimum of four years in a care environment, along with leadership and management qualifications. This role offers a salary between £60,000 to £65,000 per annum plus benefits, in addition to a supportive work environment.
Your focus as General Manager will be to lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person-centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring and stimulating environment, whilst meeting regulatory requirement, professional and statutory standards, and business performance targets.
