Job summary
A leading financial advisory firm in the UK is seeking an M&A Associate to join their team. The role involves preparing and analysing financial data, coordinating due diligence, and valuing companies. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of M&A experience and possess strong financial analysis skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential for success in this fast-paced environment, where you will engage with clients and manage junior staff. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience as an M&A Analyst/Associate.
- Demonstrated knowledge of valuation methodologies.

Associates work on a variety of transactions and are exposed to all stages of the M&A process. We are looking for individuals at either the Associate 1 level.
- Preparing, analysing and explaining historical and projected financial information
- Coordinating and performing business due diligence
- Preparing confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
- Valuing companies and businesses
- Assisting in the marketing and planning of engagements
- Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with clients and prospective clients and professional advisors
- Supervising junior staff members in the completion of presentations, research and financial analysis
- Demonstrates technical knowledge of the Digital Economy
- Demonstrates global knowledge of the Digital Economy
- Highly skilled in valuation methodologies for companies within the Digital Economy
- Aptitude for financial analysis and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of accounting, applied financial theory and valuation methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Fluency in other European language(s) is advantageous
