As Night manager you will be a hospitality professional to oversee the hotel overnight, lead the team of porters and take ownership over any issues that occur during the night shift, ensuring a smooth standard of service is maintained at all times.

• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and operating regulations keeping team members and guests safe at all times
• To be an "all rounder" and have knowledge of all operational departments in order to provide service to guests during the night
• To be able to build and develop a successful, reliable and motivated team to ensure highest levels of service are provided during the night shift
• To have a proactive approach and ensure all night audit procedures are completed timely and accurately
• Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and saftey
• Oversees all front office accounting and financial procedures, night team duties, business transactions and monitors all aspects of the night audit
• Performing check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals and early departures
