GTAccess is one of the largest independently owned powered access companies in the UK, operating from 12 depots including Brentwood, Bridgend, Bromsgrove, Gloucester, Hailsham, Hereford, London, Luton, NEC, Peterborough, Shrewsbury and Stoke-on-Trent.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated PDI Engineer / Delivery Driver / Operator to join our Gloucester depot. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted and growing company delivering, operating, and maintaining a wide range of powered access platforms across the region.

About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the preparation, inspection, delivery, and operation of access equipment to our valued customers. You will also assist in the yard, ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standards and ready for hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDIs) and record results on our internal system.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on access equipment.
• Ensure all work areas are kept safe, clean, and compliant with company standards.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the yard, assisting with equipment movement and preparation.
• Deliver and operate access machines for customers across the region.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain service excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and a genuine interest in powered access machinery.
• A mechanical or engineering background is highly desirable.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Calm and positive under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
• A strong team player with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Full UK driving licence required (HGV licence desirable but not essential).
