A National Park Authority in the Lake District is seeking individuals for visitor engagement roles. Responsibilities include educating visitors, implementing management plans, and overseeing car parks to enhance the experience. Ideal candidates will be friendly, hardworking, and possess strong communication skills. This is a seasonal position offering various benefits like free parking and well-being initiatives.
Position 1: 37 hours per week (5 days), seasonal for 7 months (April – October, 3 year fixed term contract). Position 2: 29.6 hours per week (4 days), seasonal for 7 months (April – October, 3 year fixed term contract). Rota shifts over 7 days, to include some weekend working.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
You’ll be hard working, friendly and happy to engage and interact with and educate visitors.
You’ll have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to stay calm and helpful during busy periods.
