Qualifications

  • Must have expertise in cooking for 100 – 1300 students.
  • Experience with fresh produce and in a similar setting.
  • Previous staff supervision experience or line management experience.
  • Must hold basic food handling skills certification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage food replenishment and service areas.
  • Mentor and train kitchen team.
  • Control catering operations including expenses.
  • Ensure uniformity in food and service standards.
  • Create and develop menus.
  • Conduct routine audits for standards.
