A bit about the job

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Talent Assessment & Selection Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll define and deliver Aviva’s approach to assessment – from Early Careers right through to Executive level. Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, you’ll create frameworks and tools that help us spot strengths, close gaps and build brilliant teams. Your work will make sure we’re ready to meet our customers’ needs today and tomorrow. You’ll need to travel to our London office when required.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Deep expertise in talent assessment and psychometrics, with knowledge of current and emerging approaches.
  • Experience designing and implementing assessment tools end-to-end – including at C‑Suite level.
  • Strong data literacy and analytical skills to evaluate assessment outcomes.
  • Background in talent management, culture, organisational development and learning.
  • Post‑graduate or professional qualification in occupational psychology.
