Supply Chain Executive

Salary: £32,000£35,000 (DOE)

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 5:00, Friday 8:30 – 4:00

Location: Office-based, Poole

About the Role

You’ll be part of a busy supply chain team where no two days are the same. The role involves managing data and presenting it in a clear, customer‑friendly format, liaising directly with high‑end clients, and supporting commercial decision‑making. You’ll need to be comfortable working with changing priorities, have a calm and methodical approach, and be able to quickly interpret and communicate information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with blue‑chip clients and internal teams
  • Analyse and present supply chain data in a clear, accurate format
  • Use Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP essential) to produce insightful reports
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness in day‑to‑day decisions
  • Support continuous improvement and identify process efficiencies
