Senior Nurse & Compliance Lead

Connah’s Quay CH5 1AA

Full-time | Permanent | Leadership Role

£34‑£35,500 per annum

We’re helping them to find an experienced, proactive Senior Nurse & Compliance Lead to support their clinical team, uphold exceptional standards, and ensure full compliance across the practice.

You’ll play a key part in leading our nursing team, delivering clinical excellence, and maintaining readiness for CQC, GDC, NHS and LHB.

About the Role

• Deliver all duties of an orthodontic dental nurse
• Support clinicians chairside and maintain accurate clinical records
• Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing team
• Oversee rotas, appraisals, training and team meetings
• Act as the main lead for compliance, governance and infection control
• Manage audits, risk assessments, and policy updates
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly checks are completed and recorded
• Maintain staff training and registration logs
• Support smooth day‑to‑day practice operations

About You

• A qualified, registered dental nurse (orthodontic experience desirable)
• Confident in compliance, infection control, and governance
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A supportive leader who motivates and develops others
