Job Description

You willhold primary responsibility for:

  • Managingexisting distribution partners across IT, AV, Retail and Home Cinema markets
  • Developing& implementing activities to create consumer demand for Optoma products
  • Ensuringeffective on-going coverage across diverse channels to market
  • Responsibilitiesinclude, but not limited to:
  • Provisionof territory management data: forecasts, account management documentation, andactivity reports to EMEA HQ management providing the basis for sales planning
  • Managementof PR activities
  • Identify,evaluate and respond to key business issues and develop, present anddemonstrate our capabilities to current and potential customers
  • Thedevelopment of marketing plans and promotions both independently and inconjunction with local partners
  • The initiation,arrangement and attendance of product demonstrations as needed
  • Participatein trade show and other product events
  • Gather market and product intelligence for EMEAHQ in Watford, UK
Candidate Specification
  • Successful sales professional withexperience in the IT industry or preferably the display industry
  • Bea problem solverwith a positive attitude and strong self motivational attributes
  • Be comfortable selling atmultiple levels within distributors and resellers
  • Demonstrate customer focusby meeting and continuously exceeding customer expectations
  • Have an excellent abilityto communicate at all levels within an organization, with an emphasis on strongpresentation skills.
  • Have demonstrable teamworkand interpersonal savvy
  • Have excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to handle pressure and prioritize understress while meeting all client and team deadlines
  • Have the ability to workwith minimal supervision to meet individual and team goals
