The Role

As a Quality Engineer you’ll manage, maintain, and continuously improve the quality functions within our organisation. Taking ownership of quality compliance, audits, and root cause analysis, you’ll ensure our products and processes meet the highest aerospace standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve quality concerns, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions that drive operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For
Key essentials:
  • Strong problem-solving ability using quality tools
  • Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with supporting internal and external audits and customer engagement
  • HNC/HND in an Engineering discipline preferred (other qualifications considered)
  • Approachable, reliable, and strong communication skills

Location & Work Pattern

This role is based in Skelmersdale with onsite expectations. Some travel may be required.
