Qualifications

The Role

We’re looking for a Production Planner & Controller (PP&C) to play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance planning activities across our fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic aviation environment where precision, compliance, and collaboration are critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule aircraft maintenance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA and other applicable aviation regulations.
  • Coordinate resources – personnel, tooling, materials, and facilities for efficient maintenance execution.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external customers to optimise aircraft availability.
  • Support procurement and supply chain for timely parts availability, including pre-kitting.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to safety investigations and audits.
  • Provide out-of-hours maintenance watch capability when required.

Occasional travel and out-of-hours work may be required.

  • Proven experience in aviation production planning and control.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA, UK CAA, UK Military, FAA) – highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and Safety Management Systems.
  • Technical qualifications such as: EASA/CAA Part 66 B1/B2 licence, or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering degree, or Equivalent experience in production planning & control.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to obtain SC-level security clearance.
