Job Title: Product Pricing Manager

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with the Commercial team to implement a market‑winning pricing strategy while maintaining margin control. You’ll respond to pricing enquiries, compile accurate quotes, and proactively manage pricing standards and option packs. You’ll also analyse cost structures and provide detailed reports on volumes, revenues, and margins to support strategic decision‑making.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex numerical data. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential, along with commercial awareness and sound financial experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with pricing systems such as Anaplan are required. A degree in Business Administration or similar, and knowledge of the UK bus industry, would be advantageous.

Bonus if you have:
  • Experience developing pricing standards and option packs
  • Knowledge of bus operators and industry pricing concepts
  • Ability to solve complex commercial challenges
