You’re a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor with a track record in managing performance, improving potential and leading teams. Ideally, you hold a health and safety qualification.

As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Support the General Manager with technical support and guidance
  • Continually improve site standards
  • Embed a sales mentality into the duty management and reception teams
  • Nurture our teams’ confidence and pride to help them promote our services to members
