• Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours.
• Days of Work: Working 5 days out of 7

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our Forest of Dean team! Work in one of the UK’s most stunning forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests. Sheltered beneath the protective canopy of ancient oak woodland or situated in the open meadow at the forest edge, our cabins at Forest of Dean offer an escape from everyday life in one of Britain’s most amazing forests.

About the Operations Assistant role:

Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include:

• ➡️ Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
• ➡️ Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable).
• ➡️ Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
• ➡️ Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
• ➡️ Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.

What Are We Looking For?

Our ideal Operations Assistant will be a dynamic individual who applies a can‑do attitude to solve any issues that may arise on location. You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues. A love for the outdoors is essential as these tasks need completing rain or shine every day of the year.

We’re looking for someone with:

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17:

• 16 years: £7.55 per hour
• 17 years: £10.00 per hour
