As our Diamond Manager, you will bring your enthusiasm and extensive Diamond and Jewellery knowledge to the role. You will proactively collaborate with our senior store managers and colleagues in the effective day to day operations of our luxury showroom and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all. This is a key position where you will be our acting manager in the absence of both our General and Assistant Managers.
You will be results-driven responsible for leading, supporting and inspiring sales professionals within your team, fostering a culture of excellence. Applying your sound people management skills, you will be responsible for imparting colleague training and development and assist with recruitment processes when required. Overseeing the management and control of our Diamonds and Jewellery, you will liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders on stock and display related matters along with strive to identify opportunities to both increase sales and improving our Diamond and Jewellery business.
Assisting in our Cardiff Flagship Showroom, your hours will be 38.75 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
