A global leader in Quality of Life services is seeking a Multi skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to conduct maintenance and support at sites in Watford and Huntingdon. This role involves carrying out electrical maintenance, diagnosing faults, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of maintenance experience and an NVQ Level 5 qualification. Multi-site 4 days in Watford, WD18 8YE and 1 day in Huntingdon, PE29 2SE - please note a van will be provided for travel between the two sites

Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services.
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building services assets with an electrical bias
Diagnose faults and repair systems within technical competence
Undertake routine inspections and maintenance in accordance with statutory requirements and best practice
Complete like-for-like asset replacement and minor new works as directed
Respond to emergency call-outs and provide engineering support out of hours when required
Complete risk assessments and work safely at all times
Supervise specialist subcontractors where required
Maintain accurate records of work completed, time spent, and materials used
Build effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors
Support and mentor apprentices and junior staff
Comply with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and industry regulations
Maintain tools, equipment, and PPE in good working condition
Follow safe systems of work and permit-to-work procedures
Keep up to date with relevant legislation, standards, and best practice
