Managing Director

OMGkPop is a dynamic and fast‑growing training SME currently generating circa £10 million in revenue and looking to scale to £20 million within the next three years. The company has 708 employees and aims to grow to around 200 over the same period.

The successful candidate will have proven experience scaling businesses, strong commercial acumen, and the leadership capability to shape, drive, and deliver a compelling growth strategy. You will have full autonomy to develop the vision and steer the organisation forward. You will lead a talented senior team of seven direct reports, including the Heads of Marketing, Operations, Partnerships, and other key functions.
