A leading luxury pool company in the UK seeks an Assistant Project Manager or an experienced Project Manager. You will oversee various projects, ensuring timely completion and managing multiple teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, previous experience in construction is preferable but not essential. The role requires both office and site management, including responsibilities for negotiating project materials and managing suppliers. A full driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction industry or project management preferable.
• Knowledge of general building practices desirable but not essential.
• CSCS / SSSTS – Preferred but can be obtained later.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of projects from site start to installation.
• Supervise site management operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers for materials.
