We’re looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Trainer to join our national team—someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping people grow.

As a key member of our Learning & Development function, you’ll spät deliver engaging workshops, courses, and programmes across our full L&D and Talent Development portfolio. Whether delivering scheduled programmes or responding to bespoke training needs, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to develop confident, capable teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver high‑quality workshops and programmes across the L&D and Talent portfolio.
• Facilitate both scheduled and ad‑hoc training, adapting to business needs with flexibility and professionalism.
• Create safe, inclusive learning spaces that champion diversity and respect.
• Assess learner needs in real time, tailoring your approach to maximise engagement and retention.
• Act as a trusted point of escalation for training queries, working closely with L&D Business Partners and the Training Delivery Manager.
• Collaborate with support functions and operational teams to deliver organisation‑wide training initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company ყოფილ policies, procedures, and best practice.
• Uphold company Reese standard in all aspects of design and delivery, contributing to continuous improvement across the team.
