A leading broadcasting company is seeking candidates for a Level 3 Digital Support Apprenticeship. The role involves providing essential technical support and troubleshooting services within the Workplace Technology department. Workplace: London (travel to other office locations involved; Manchester and Leeds)
Department: Workplace Technology, TechZone
Working pattern: 8am - 6pm (shifts)
Duration: 18-20 months (This is a full time role from Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract
Qualification: L3 Digital Support
Workplace Technology is a pivotal department within ITV, they provide us with all the tools to do our jobs efficiently and successfully. The department is forever innovating to ensure that ITV employees have the best systems and tools available. The role will require you to work collaboratively with other Workplace Technology teams to resolve incidents and deliver on requests. You will be brought on the journey to deliver the Workplace Technology strategy and roadmap which will provide ample opportunity for your own personal growth and development.
As this is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, we require you to have/be predicted to achieve the below qualifications
GCSE Grades (or equivalent) C/4 or above in English and Maths plus 2 other subjects

If you are shortlisted to the second stage, you will be invited to attend an ITV Experience workshop. This will be held across March 2026 (subject to change) and will be a face to face Experience day.
