A leading technology organization based in Cambridge is looking for a Membership Engagement Specialist to manage and enhance member value across small accounts. The role requires a proactive approach to account management, coordination of webinars and events, and analytical skills to track engagement metrics. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with up to 300 accounts, fostering community engagement, and driving additional revenue. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 annually and a hybrid working model.
Office/Hybrid: Hybrid, For the first three months the successful candidate will be office‑based five days a week for training. After this the role will shift to our hybrid working model.

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven individual to deliver a Membership Engagement Programme for small accounts. The role will oversee and manage a portfolio of up to 300 accounts with the aim to provide enhanced Member value among this business segment. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing the value of membership within a vital segment of our Industrial Membership portfolio.
This position may require regular travel both in the UK and abroad.

36 hours per week (full time), 8.30am – 16.30pm Monday to Thursday (finishing at 16.15pm on Friday). Part‑time and hybrid working available in some roles.
