Helpdesk Administrator (Temporary)

Role Purpose

To provide a comprehensive financial, administrative, coordination and quality assurance support function to site managers, supervisors, business manager and contracted customer(s).

Key Duties
  • To assist with the control of all service delivery aspects of the contract
  • Assign multiple engineers PPMS on a monthly basis and update
  • Co-ordinate subcontractor attendance in line with E-log books PPM Planner
  • Issue of weekly helpdesk report to lead contract support detailing any chargeable jobs to be quoted
  • Printing service reports for the engineers pigeon hole so they can collect on a weekly basis
  • Spot checking PPMs to make sure correct reports have been uploaded / chasing engineers to close
  • Assisting with closing PPMs if required
  • Management of E-log books helpdesk, answering a high volume of reactive and PPM tickets via E-log books and telephone
  • Tracking and updating progress from instigation stage through to completion
