  • Guide the team, Product Owner and organisation on how to use Agile methodology/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
  • Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and lead by example.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.

  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgement, with an emphasis on healing and problem‑solving.
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g. numerous burndown techniques, issue tracking, technical debt, Scrum event formats, backlog management, etc).
Desirable Skills
  • A recognised Scrum Master certification; CSM, PSM I, PSM II.
  • Prior experience on a Scrum team.
  • Familiarity with software development.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution ability.
