We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our Fire Suppression and Production Systems division. This is a pivotal role for a driven individual with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, project leadership, and technical oversight. You will manage a diverse team across the UK, India, and Vietnam, delivering high‑quality mechanical solutions including CAFS, INERT fire suppression systems, HPU, and chemical injection packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects to meet budget and quality targets
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards

  • Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across engineering processes
  • Develop strategic plans aligned with company growth objectives

Essential Qualifications And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience managing engineering teams and complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental best practices
  • Ability to travel outside of the UK as needed (2‑3 trips per year)
