About the role

This role is about building the engine that powers our business. Working alongside our Innovation and Enablement Lead, you will be the bridge between our technical ambitions and our operational reality, ensuring our teams have the tools, data, and processes they need to deliver world-class work.

What you’ll be doing

• Design & build: Get hands-on with low-code platforms and vibe coding tools to turn our team’s requirements into working automation workflows and AI agents.
• Test & validate: Run user testing sessions to ensure our new tools actually remove friction and are safe for the team to use.
• Embed ROI: Help us research potential solutions and quantify their value – ensuring we focus on innovations that increase sales, save time, reduce errors, and create capacity.
• Human-centred: Implement workflows that balance efficiency with safety, keeping a ‘human-in-the-loop’ for critical decisions.
• Knowledge sharing: Foster a culture of continuous learning through our internal newsletter, Innovation Insights.

2. Operational Excellence & Service Delivery (30%)

Nile is trusted by heavily-regulated businesses like banks, insurers and payments processors. You will help maintain the high standards of delivery and data integrity that let us deliver world-class work.

• User operations: Provide a backstop for user access control and assist the team in the event of automation or third-party tool errors.
• Growth support: Support event planning, sales outreach, and CRM data management, including the generation of accurate contact lists.
• Business development: Assist with proposal research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Team enablement: Coordinate team training and development by scheduling sessions, managing materials, and tracking participation to ensure effectiveness.

3. Compliance & Standards (20%)

You will support the frameworks that protect us and our clients.

• Data governance: Implement and manage GDPR-compliant data retention policies to protect business and customer information.
• Framework management: Help manage supplier compliance data and assist with our B Corp and ISO 9001 certification renewals.
• Security standards: Support our adherence to Information Security and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) standards across all project work.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an early-career professional or recent graduate with a degree in business, IT, computing, or a related field. If you’ve already spent a year in industry getting a feel for how organisations actually function, even better.

You are someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about emerging technologies and wants to apply them to real-world business challenges. You will help us design automation workflows, test new solutions, and maintain the high standards of compliance and data integrity that our clients expect.
