The Role: Senior Commercial Contracts Manager
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to partner closely with our Go‑To‑Market and Finance teams and drive success across complex software and SaaS negotiations. You will play a key role in both enabling revenue growth and managing the commercial risk of Napier customer and partner contracts by providing timely, pragmatic legal support that balances commercial opportunity with risk management.
In this role, you will provide a full range of commercial legal support to our fast‑paced, scaling global business. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Technology and Finance teams to support revenue opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive efficient contract execution.
You will lead the drafting and negotiation of a broad portfolio of commercial agreements - including SaaS, software licensing, managed services, vendor contracts, and multi‑jurisdictional commercial deals - while advising the business on intellectual property, data privacy, regulatory considerations, and compliance matters.
