Overview

We are looking to recruit a Joiner to join our Lincoln team!

Responsibilities

• Work to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.
• Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work including minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fitting in a social housing setting.
• Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (training provided) and work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

About you / Qualifications

• City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 NVQ in Carpentry / Joinery or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety.
• Customer focused with experience of working in void properties.
• Hold or be working towards CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card.
• Desire to complete high-quality repairs on time, first time.
• Social housing experience is advantageous.
• You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
