This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry repairs and maintenance in void properties, helping ensure residents’ homes are safe, functional, and well maintained. You’ll be responding to a variety of day-to-day repair requests, including tasks such as replacing internal doors, repairing skirting boards and architraves, fitting kitchen units/bathrooms, and carrying out general carpentry works.
