Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior operational role, e.g., Area Manager or Operations Director.
  • Experience in managing multiple childcare settings.
  • Knowledge of Keep Children Safe in Education policies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Regional Safeguarding Lead.
  • Drive development for exceptional care standards.
  • Monitor and optimize occupancy performance.
  • Oversee budgets and payroll activities.
  • Lead strategic projects aligned with growth plans.

Skills

Proven senior operational leadership experience
Early Years background with relevant Level 3 qualification
Strong stakeholder management
Collaborative leadership approach
Flexibility to work across geographical areas
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Extensive safeguarding knowledge
Full, clean driving licence
